Cashier
The cashiers at Pilot Flying J will be responsible for daily cash transactions at the restaurant and help customers to check out. One of your main duties will be offering excellent customer service and establishing long-lasting relationships with the guests. Since you may have to provide recommendations to customers, you also need to be knowledgeable about the products of the restaurant.
Moreover, you may need to inform the customers about the recent deals, promotions, and sales. Depending on the preferences of the customers, you may have to handle their payments in various forms. Your supervisor may also assign you different tasks especially during busy hours for the continuation of the operations.
