Prep Cook: You will be the set up for the great food that is served at O’Charley’s. In the kitchen, you will prepare food to be cooked further by the Line Cook. You will be expected to be organized and maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization in your workplace.
Bartender: You should develop a strong knowledge of the menu, because you will be expected to make every drink on the menu. You will handle alcoholic or frozen drink orders from the servers. You will be also expected to be an effective salesperson.
Prerequisite: Legal age to serve alcohol.
Kitchen Manager: You will train, direct and coach your team of employees in the kitchen. You should retain the kitchen team through engagement and positive feedback. You will lead the kitchen team by example.
Prerequisite: 2 years of kitchen management experience.
