­Sales Associate: You will ensure that the selling environment within the store is fun and engaging for customers at all times. You will promote items at the store and maintain merchandise standards within the store. You will be expected to deliver your fashion knowledge to the customers.

Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED.

Sales Lead: You will assist the Store Management in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, merchandising, cashiering and processing freight. You will be more like a Sales Associate than a member of Management, however, you will oversee the Sales Associates and provide leadership.

Assistant Manager: You will be responsible for aspects such as sales/credit, talent, customer and/or operations. You will modify and execute in-store business processes to drive sales results. You will ensure a positive store culture and oversee the employees at the store during work hours. You will also take part in recruiting new employees at your store.
