Job Positions & Salaries
Store Associate: You will provide customer service by working as a team to achieve the overall success of the store. You will consistently engage customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You will control inventory and reduce shrink.
Prerequisite: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel knowledge.
Loss Prevention Associate: You will maximize store awareness while serving as a goodwill ambassador for the store to each and every customer, by greeting them as they enter the store. You will assist management in identifying and preventing potential internal and external losses while serving as a visible deterrent on the sales floor.
Merchandise Lead: You will develop associates through hands on merchandising and product knowledge training. You will communicate and execute all company merchandising standards. You will be responsible for daily ad set-ups and seasonal floor sets.
Prerequisite: 1 year of retail management experience.
Retail Assistant Manager: You will oversee store operations, visual merchandising standards and customer service. You will monitor profit and loss, payroll, and statistical selling reports to drive business. You will also participate in the recruitment and training of new employees.
Prerequisite: 3 years of retail management experience.
