Food Service Supervisor: You will supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food. You will establish work schedules for entry-level employees. In addition to these, you will estimate and order ingredients and supplies, establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures, supervise and check assembly of regular trays, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Prerequisites: At least 1 of experience in the food industry and being a high school graduate are required if you want to apply for a food service supervisor position at Milestones Grill + Bar.
