Mariano’s Job Positions & Salaries
Bakery Team Member: You will promote and deliver a shopping experience focused on providing customers with efficient service through hands-on knowledge of all bakery products.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED, or current enrollment.
Grocery Stocker: You will provide customers with efficient service through hands-on knowledge of products and effective replenishment of all products. You will assist with receiving products, presentation, rotation and replenishment. You will ensure the in-stock position of available products.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or GED, or current enrollment.
Pharmacy Technician: You will assist pharmacists with receiving and processing physicians’ orders and dispense medications. You will retrieve, count and measure drugs/compounds, mix medications and prepare labels according to state law. You will assist pharmacists with the training/continuing education of pharmacy clerks and other technicians.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Working on CPhT certification.
Manager of Logistics: You will plan, direct and manage the store inventory operations to promote and maximize sales and profit margins and achieve labor goals. You will be responsible for the inventory management of all packaged, refrigerated and dry goods.
Prerequisite: 5 years in the supermarket industry and completion of management training program OR equivalent combination of education & experience. High school diploma or GED.
