­LifeCafe Team Member: You will be responsible for executing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. You will need to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment. You will execute food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner. You will be expected to respond to members’ questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service.

Prerequisite: CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

­Locker Room Attendant: You will maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks. You will wash, folds, and stocks member towels and ensure the locker rooms are neat and orderly. You will ensure the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.

Prerequisite: High School Diploma or GED.

­Group Fitness Training Coordinator: You will provide cutting-edge group fitness instruction through a variety of entertaining, educational, and fun classes promoting fitness and positive self-esteem in a safe environment. You will act as a fitness resource for class participants and maintains positive relationships with members to encourage continued class attendance. You will be responsible for consistently meeting daily class attendance goals as well as effectively promote Life Time Fitness programs, products and services.

Prerequisite: CPR/AED Certification. 1 year of fitness instructor work experience. High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of one of the following Group Exercise Certifications: National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council of Exercise (ACE), American Fitness Aerobic Association (AFAA), Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA).
