Job Positions & Salaries
Team Member: You will provide efficient and friendly service to the customers of Krispy Kreme. You will be the face of the brand. You will answer the questions of the customers, and deliver their orders friendly and efficiently. You should keep the restaurants always clean. You need to unload new shipments and answer phone calls sometimes.
Route Service Representative: You will be responsible for the timely and daily delivery of Krispy Kreme products. You will be responsible for following the safety and customer service standards of Krispy Kreme. You will also be responsible for product delivery and vehicle maintenance. You are expected to be a total professional. You will earn about $11/hour.
Prerequisite: 21 years of age. A clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
Production Specialist: You will be responsible for equipment operation, safety and sanitation, guest service and related stuff. You are expected to be a leader to the employee team at your Kr You will earn about $12/hour.
Prerequisite: High school diploma nonessential but preferred.
Assistant General Manager: You will be responsible for guest service, sales, production, safety and sanitation at the restaurant. You need to know how to use the equipment and manage the employees so that everything goes on the rails.
