Automotive Technician: You will be responsible to professionally inspect, diagnose and repair tires and conduct automotive services while delivering an excellent guest experience. You will also road test vehicles after repairs are completed to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist.
Prerequisite: 3 years of experience in automotive diagnosis, problem-solving and repairing. Driver’s license.
Automotive Guest Advisor: You will gain hands-on experience in an auto service center by making meaningful connections with the customers while delivering outstanding service. You will be expected to build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs. You should maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
Prerequisite: Driver’s license. Previous guest service experience.
Assistant Store Manager: You will be expected to effectively manage the service department. You will contribute to the training and development of service department associates. You will articulate all warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
