Positions & Salaries
Team Member: You will be the first person the guests see when they enter a Caribou Coffee location. You will greet guests, take their orders and payment, and deliver them amazing coffee.
Baker: Getting up at 2 am, you will prepare bakery treats that will eventually be sold at Caribou Coffee locations during the day. You will take product inventory and stick to general cleanliness standards.
Assistant Manager: You will assist the General manager by coaching, developing and leading the Team Members in your store. You will monitor inventory and food costs. You will maintain a clean and safe store environment at your Caribou Coffee location.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED.
