Positions & Salaries
Sales Associate: You will be the face of the company, as you will assisting the customers while they are shopping in the Wet Seal store. You need to be well informed about the products in the store and you will be welcomed if you make some suggestions to the customers. You also need to keep the store always clean and tidy. You will earn about $10.50/hour.
Loss Prevention Associate: Wearing a special uniform, you will perform asset protection activities in the store. You will patrol the store and execute the physical security standards of Burlington, by protecting the store’s merchandise and physical structure.
Store Manager: You will supervise the sales associates in the store. You will train and develop sales associates. You will also keep track of the financial goals of the store. You need to have decent leadership skills to be successful as a store manager. You will earn at least $43,000 per year.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of retail experience.
