Positions & Salaries
Retail Sales Associate: You will be expected to bring the “Run Happy” shopping experience to Brooks consumers, offer expert guidance on fit and product selection, and make the time they spend in our store the best part of their day. You should provide consumers with premium, Run-Happy service and in-depth product information
Prerequisite: 2 years of retail experience.
Distribution Center Warehouse Associate: You will accurately and efficiently pick merchandise (footwear, apparel, and accessories) and transport to appropriate destinations around the distribution center. You will accurately and efficiently put away customer returns that are returned from an external vendor.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience using typical warehouse processing equipment.
Distribution Center Lead: You will lead a team of employees and schedule resources according to the expected workload. You will ensure all employees within the department have the tools and resources needed to succeed in their daily job. You will coach the Warehouse Associates.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of warehouse experience. 3 years of experience in a distribution setting. MS Office Suite, Outlook and internet proficiency.

Brooks Sports Interview
After you applied for the job you will be called. You will be interviewed by the store manager. You’ll be asked questions such as “why do you want to work here?”, “what are your strengths or weaknesses?” as well as your previous job experiences, your personality, your availability, etc. They may give you certain customer service situations and ask you how would you respond. Then they will have you interviewed by another store manager with different questions.
