Positions & Salaries
Sales Associate: You will keep the stores clean, and operate cash registers. You will also provide personal support to the customers. For example, you may give suggestions if you think a given cloth would fit a specific customer. This would increase the sales of Aéropostale and you will be awarded promotions if you prove your skills in this job position. You will earn around $8/hour.
Manager: You will monitor the processes in the store. You will hire new employees, train them and set schedules for employees in your Aéropostale location. You will earn about $35,000 per year.
Prerequisite: High school diploma and previous work experience.
