The application form for employment at UPS is made of 3 pages.
- On the first page, you should write your name, date, address, telephone number, and social security number.
- Then indicate the position you are applying for and state the date from which you will be available to work.
- Then, answer a series of questions by checking the boxes next to them. Don’t skip to fill any blanks between these questions.
- Then, list three of the previous educational institutions that you recently attended.
- The second page is completely dedicated to your employment background. Provide the necessary information starting with your most recent employer. If you had any gaps between your employments, you can explain the reasons for them in the first section on the third page.
- Then list the name, relationship, number of years acquainted, and phone number of three of your references who are not your relatives.
- Finally, read the statement at the end of the form, then sign it & write the date.
You can now submit this form to a nearby UPS location for employment.
