PacSun Application Form Printable PDF
The printable job application form of PacSun consists of 2 pages.
On the first page, you are asked to write the job position you are applying for and then provide your personal information including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Then answer a set of questions about your application status by checking the corresponding boxes and employment history in detail.
On the second half of the page, state your most recent 4 work experiences and provide information about them including company name, job title, work performed, salary, etc.
On the second page in the Educational History section, fill the table by providing the required information.
Then list all periods of time that you will be available to work in a regular week.
Next, state three professional references who are not your relatives and do know you from one of your past workplaces.
Lastly, read the statement on the bottom of the second page and sign below to complete the job application form.
You can now hand it to your local PacSun store when you go there to make an application.
