Hess Team Member Description
The HR Analyst provides support to several client groups within the Bakken business unit. This position requires an ability to develop relationships with a variety of people across organizational levels and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
The HR Analyst is focused on coordinating the management of initiatives and processes that are embedded across the Bakken Value Chain.This role ensures consistency in approach and application of various policies, procedures, and other HR activities.
The HR Analyst will report directly to the HR Manager, providing feedback on activities with regard to the client groups that he/she supports.

- Develop relationships with other business functions
- Leverage influence with stakeholders
- Understand the business and operational needs as well as the financial implications of HR decisions
- Coach and facilitate organizational change programs
- Complete HR Related emergency response training and fulfill duties as required
- Facilitate annual and new initiative roll outs in all field locations
- Provide follow up support to client groups
- Partner across Value Chain Resourcing Teams
- Work closely with the HR Recruiting Analyst to fill jobs in a timely manner
- Identify critical roles and implementation of business unit succession plans
