Job Positions & Salaries
Cashier: You will operate cash registers at the restaurants. You will be expected to have a friendly attitude towards the guests in the restaurant. You will earn about $11-12.50/hour, plus tips.
Cook: In the kitchen, you will prepare the legendary hamburgers of Fatburger. Since Fatburger locations are usually full of guests, you will work in a fast-paced environment. You should have the ability to multitask and prepare hamburgers accurately.
Team Member: You will perform kitchen and customer service duties, such as cooking, cleaning, customer service, cashier, food safety, food preparation and organization. You will earn about $11/hour.
Shift Leader: You will perform all Team Member duties, plus you will be responsible for managing shifts and breaks. You will deal with customers and keep labor on budget. You should create a great atmosphere in the workplace so that the employees remain engaged and happy. You will earn about $14/hour.
Prerequisite: Previous restaurant and management experience.
