Positions & Salaries
Delivery Ambassador: You will deliver products to customers in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner by driving vehicles. You will load products in the delivery vehicle and be responsible for product, vehicle and road safety.
Prerequisite: High school diploma or equivalent. Driver’s license.
Fruit Expert: You will create mouthwatering arrangements and other Edible products, according to customers’ orders. You should stick to company standards. You will receive and store fruit supplies and related products. When there is a shortage of inventory, you should inform the Management.
Customer Service Manager: You will oversee efficient operation at your Edible Arrangements location. To elaborate, you will oversee the customer support team. You will also be engaged in customer interaction and solve all customer problems via phone, email or face-to-face.
Prerequisite: Previous customer service experience.
