Job Positions & Salaries
Bartender: You will demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest services in the bar area. You will mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant. You should keep the bar stocked and clean.
Expeditor: You will assist in the delivery of food orders to customers. You will coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table. You will be expected to meet special guest requests from time to time.
Line Cook: You will cook high-quality food items for guests. You will coordinate food orders and fulfill special guest requests, while ensuring the highest standards.
Sous Chef: You will lead a team of culinary professionals that deliver high-quality, great-tasting food. You will ensure food safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
Prerequisite: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant. Wine knowledge.
