Positions & Salaries

Crew Member: Your primary duty will be to provide great experiences to the guests at Dunkin’. You will prepare foods and beverages, then deliver them to the guests in a friendly manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment and you need to keep your environment as clean as possible. You will earn $7.25-8/hour.

Prerequisite: None.

Shift Leader: You will be the coach of Crew Members. You will monitor them to keep the brand standards and customer satisfaction as high as possible. You will set goals and provide job assignments to the crew members, in addition to motivating them. You will earn $8-9/hour.

Prerequisite: None.

Assistant Manager: You will be supporting the Restaurant Manager of your Dunkin’ location. You will take part in training Crew Members and Shift Leaders. You will earn about $30,000 per year.

Prerequisite: 18 years of age. High school diploma.

Restaurant Manager: You will be the leader of your Dunkin’ location. Your goal will be to maintain the high quality of the Dunkin’ brand while making maximum profit. Paying attention to customer satisfaction is essential for success. You may also need to monitor laws while you are managing your restaurant. You will earn about $40,000 per year.

Prerequisite: 18 years of age. High school diploma and experience in the retail or food industry.

Multi-Unit Leader: You will be taking care of multiple Dunkin’ restaurants, generally 5 to 8. You will monitor their overall operations such as recruiting&training staff, managing budgets and more. Another duty of your will be to execute Dunkin’ brand standards in these restaurants.

Prerequisite: 18 years of age. College degree and previous experience in the retail or food industry.

Director of Operations: You will be taking care of 9-16 Dunkin’ restaurants. Since Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ are owned by the same company, you may also be responsible for some Baskin-Robbins locations. You will be the leader of every process that is going on regarding the restaurants you are taking care of.­­­­­­
