Dollar Tree Application Form Printable PDF
The job application form of Dollar Tree is a relatively short one that consists of 2 pages.
On the first page, you are asked to write your full name, address, desired job position, social security number, and phone number.
Then, answer some questions by checking the boxes next to them.
Next, provide basic information about your high school and/or college history, graduation, and degree.
You are also asked to list your special interests.
Do not write anything to the “for office use only” section of the “employment data” part at the bottom of the first page.
On the second page, you should write about your employment history.
Write the names of your previous 3 employers and their telephones & addresses, and write your job title, rate of pay, and reason for leaving.
After you complete everything so far, you should read the Certification part.
When you finish reading, you can sign the application form and write the date.
The form is considered to be filled out now!
