Job Positions & Salaries
Sales Associate: You will provide friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. You will provide customer service and sign up for Rewards members. You will also be responsible for cashiering, store operations, and merchandising.
Store Warehouse Associate: You will perform general stocking duties which include processing, verifying incoming shipment, and inter-company transfers to other locations, stocking and maintaining a successful sales floor and a functioning backroom to company standard. You should also have a basic knowledge of the merchandise that is sold at the store.
Prerequisite: Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Sales Supervisor: You will assist in implementing action plans that meet service expectations and balance task completion within guidelines. You will participate in and support merchandise placement at the store. You will also monitor the Sales Associate compliance to all company policies and procedures.
Prerequisite: 2 years of retail experience. High school diploma.
