Positions & Salaries
Box Office / Cashier: You will sell tickets to movies and special events. You will inform the guests about the events at your Cinemark location. You need to create a welcoming environment for the guests.
Concessionist: You will sell fast-food and beverages to the guests at the concession stand, and take their payments. You will clean the stand regularly to ensure cleanliness at all times. You will be expected to use suggestive selling techniques.
Prerequisite: None. 21 years of age for Cinemark locations that serve alcoholic beverages.
Janitor: You will schedule the cleaning operations at your Cinemark store, coordinating with the General Manager.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age.
Usher: You will greet guests as they enter Cinemark, and monitor the auditorium in terms of cleanliness and sound quality. You will transport products between the rooms of the Cinemark location.
Assistant Manager: You will assist the General Manager by executing the business plans on the field. You will train and coach the staff. You will report the shortcomings of your Cinemark location to the General Manager.
Prerequisite: 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED.
