Positions & Salaries
Technical Application Specialist: You will be responsible for delivering business-to-business application support to Ceridian’s Dayforce customers. You will work directly with customers (including Payroll, HR, Benefits and IT administrators) to champion customer priorities, drive incidents to closure, and enhance the customer support experience. You will have to combine strong technical and functional problem-solving skills with a keen business sense to deliver top-notch customer-focused support.
Prerequisite: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer-related fields, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in SQL. 2 years of technical support experience.
Front Desk Officer: You will greet the guests, perform check-in and take care of guests’ needs during their visit. You will drive overall improvements and efficiencies in the concierge and reception area. You will assist in the facilitation of meetings, customer engagements, employee events, refreshments, lunches or other engagements.
Prerequisite: Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
Commercial Sales Representative: You will manage prospects and close new mid-market business accounts to develop profitable, long-term strategic customer relationships to maintain and grow revenue, and achieve customer satisfaction objectives in a defined territory.
Prerequisite: University/college degree/diploma OR equivalent work experience. 4 years of sales experience in prospecting, developing and closing leads for new business. Driver’s license. Experience in consultative sales engagements in HR technology, ERP software or a directly related field. Experience in enterprise software sales/payroll/human resources and sales/account management is an asset.
